Why is Chelsea so wholesome?! Like her values shine through and gives her this charm that makes her whole personality so dang likeable! And I think her accent makes adds to that charm!

Chelsea is definitely quite polarizing, but the confidence and sense of self she exudes is beautiful. She is very intelligent and well spoken. It was nice to get to know her a little better.

I can’t explain why this video made me cry a bit ….. but I must say I think Jackie’s content is for me. As a Nigerian living in the states, I feel seen. ❤

I agree about getting time off from work. I remember when I was in college I would miss so much class because I was so sick from my cycle. Couldn’t eat, walk, throwing up. As I age it’s gotten better especially finally learning how to deal with PCOS but there are times when I dont want to be at work running to the bathroom every hour or feeling sore and exhausted and dragging myself around the office.

I feel y’all. I work remotely full time now, but when I was in the office, I took at least 1-2 personal days each month around my time. I didn’t care who had anything to say about it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Accentism is very real. And it's a shame that people discriminate against minorities who are very articulate and speak well...because in certain industries, as Chelsea explains, you can have the right resume, experience, and look, but if you talk a certain way, your professional opportunities hit a glass ceiling. Classism and accentism are profound in the UK (not every one has the "posh" accent).
