I too skipped the first few minutes of the videos for a while but then I noticed that you say all sort of interesting things about the game and other things in that time interval, so now I just watch it from start to finish :) skipping would substract valuable insights and observations.

I was thinking who this beauty is.

That first cavalry charge with sundering blades looked terrifying. I feel like those first 3 statues/destros were the saviors of that game, great snap decision. All that extra gold from not going into high upkeep seemed to help as well. GG to you both.

I liked it as a last fu when i was losing fights back then helped turning it in a draw or even win Lich ult never struck me as usefull tbh

@@Blutwind Lich ult would literally be the only chance to cement victory here if the opponent didn't lose the heroes so quickly and gg. D&D is the only thing that can devour human buildings with masonry with so much efficiency and speed

this crazy. this video was 4 years ago...time flies...I am so glad for this backlog of videos. I am getting back into ladder (just for funsies) and it is a blast.

Tank, heals, nukes, best aura in the game. DK is really the backbone of an undead army. No other hero has as much impact as him in WC3

For sure. The undead without dk is 10x less scary. The aura and coil are extremely annoying.

With such a bad beginning for human (DK stole 3 kreeps, 1 troll healer and 2 workers from him; took 2,5 level much before the am) he came back and had several close chances to get grubby. Amazing game from both players, gg grub

Looks a bit like a player switching back from StarCraft. Big focus on macro adventage (though that's not unusual in this matchup), splitting forces of significant upkeep to different places to force a deicision between fight or save expos (tanks/Gyros) but still fighting a serious battle.

Nice insight. I don't really know anything about pro SC so I was really confused about why this guy has only 60% winrate.

YES that 6:10 Lich mana pot purchase was so satisfying because I watch a lot of Happy aswell and he buys much more health and mana pots for his DK than you Grubby, I think you should buy more ;P watch his streams if u don't believe!

Grubby's coil usage will never cease to puzzle me. He still insists on saving doomed units of little value over directly killing expensive and high-XP-yielding enemy units or even heroes. Amazing! :O

No doubt why UD is his admittedly weakest race at a paltry 75% win rate. Compared to his 80+% winrates with his other off-races.

@@phoenixlich I'll argue that it's his second best after his Orc. It's just that sometimes he makes questionable choices that lose him games which he's otherwise winning.

@@kurzackd except that literally during TODAY'S stream (7/24/19) he said UD is his worst race and listed his winrates that i named above as evidence. And i agree with him. NE is his best off race by a mile.

@@kurzackd his UD is solid. it's no 120 or Happy, either. He's not particularly bad with anything, tho i think he's stated more than once that he likes human the least, and i believe he's doing well with them currently because they're a bit op atm.

grubby with long hair definitely a plus.

Man they need to do something about Raise Dead. An ult normally picked as the last/one of the last talents is really broken (in the un-fun way).

I have a question (IM A BEGINNER). Why u didnt learn ulti of arthas at the final battle? You could have resurrected the dead knights .

Mis-timed so that he was getting attacked almost immediately after using it, causing it to be canceled on his heroes and a couple of units. Even so, it still worked out, because it didn't get canceled on a couple of Fiends.
