The WashU Medicine faculty has seen tremendous growth in recent years, including increasing leadership opportunities. Since 2018, the representation of faculty who are underrepresented in medicine (URiM) has grown at two to four times the rate of the national average. Women are increasingly represented among the faculty at large, as well as in faculty leadership positions.
