I love Bella’s story, it somewhat reminds me of myself.I used to be such a jealous physco that just wanted to be noticed, ever since some girl joined my school she nearly stole everything from me. And I used to get extremely jealous when my friends hang out with her. I would start yelling yelling non stop. She “stole” my crush’s attention,my friends , and even my parent’s attention. I felt quite sad for a while but I learned that it’s life, growing up is hard but necessary. I still kinda go through this but it’s better than before. Thank you MSA for publishing this amazing story!

LOVE THIS STORY!!! it shows an incredible life lesson. I can also see why Bella turned against Keisha although Keisha did not do anything. I can see the jealousy could have taken over: 1. Its hard when our parents divorce, and especially when your step sibling calls your parent mom/dad. 2. Its difficult when someone your age that is perfect to not be jealous. 3. Its not easy adjusting to feeling alone when originally most people at school are friends, but then some girl swoops in and your left alone. also- question, how did Eloise just show up in Keisha's room out of nowhere? anyways I loved this!!

This was such a heartwarming story, Bella was actually becoming a villain due to the fact that she was going through a tuff life of her parent’s divorce while trying to accept change from her fathers support and Keisha wanting to be close to her but ending up rejecting her. Even though it was all a big misunderstanding from her mother exposing the real truth in order to protect Keisha by lying to her, hopefully that she’ll be able to forgive her and willing to give her a second chance to create a new life especially with Bella.

I understand Bella and my parents were separated a long time ago and it was quite hard and unpleasant for me that they are no longer together, it took me a long time to get over it and accept it already. It is normal for children to get upset when their parents decide not to be together anymore and it hurts them without thinking about how their decisions affect them, which is a common mistake caused by selfishness and lack of satisfaction between partners without thinking of the consequences that follow and how they bear them. Bella's parents should have taken their decision and thought about how their daughter would take the news and should have had a proper talk and sorted things out as a family instead of ruining her day and giving her the shocking news of her life to do to feel miserable, these things take time and need the support of loved ones to cope with the challenge. There is no way to accept such a sudden change, especially when it comes to the family it is not easy at all and it is not so difficult when it comes to the children. The poor girls Bella, Keisha and Eloise don't deserve to suffer because of their parents' decisions, it's good that Bella realized her mistake and made up with them before it was too late and I wish them the best of luck in building a good and happy future no matter what stand forward. 😔😌

I loved that the main character was not a protagonist and was not the victim. This taught me that before you love other people you need to deal with your own problems, love yourself and be a well rounded person in general . I learnt that jealousy can hurt other people and that instead of focusing on the things you don't have focus on the things you do have and accept the present.

Dam I feel bad for Bella, Ik what she did wasn’t good, but I can really understand how she felt, and Ik that parents getting a divorce isn’t easy, and it’s not like her parents were that much help, yeah they tried getting her therapy but that doesn’t always work out well, plus her best friend ditching her (although I can understand why her best friend would since she exposed her secret even tho it was by mistake) I secretly kinda wanted Kesha to leave and Bella to never apologize, and I kinda got mad when Kesha said to Bella she ruined her family, like bitch u ruined hers as well 😒 (well her parents did and it’s not really Kesha’s fault but still) but the fact Kesha was talking about her in the locker room 4:39 was messed up that’s why I felt less empathy for Kesha throughout the story

I'm glad Bella realized that she couldn't keep holding a grudge about her parent's divorce. I get children and have a rough time trying to cope with their parents' divorce, but it doesn’t make it right for what she did which is by hurting Keisha and Eloise.

Imagine if Bella had an older sibling (like a brother or sister) who helped her see that Keisha and Laura weren't bad people. Bella: Ah, it was great that I got rid of those two terrible people. Now we just need to get mom and dad together. What you do say about that. Luke? Jen? Jen: You know Bella, you make us sick in our stomach. Luke: True. Bella: Look, I know you two and everyone else thought that Keisha and her mom were great, but..... Luke: No, they are great. Jen: Yeah, and we're gonna show it to you. And then you're gonna feel like a real jerk. They leave and bring back a gift. Bella: What's that? Jen: It's a gift for you Luke: We don't think you deserve it, but if anything, it gonna help you open your eyes a little better. Jen: Keisha and Laura got you this for your birthday month. Bella opens it to see that it's a sign autograph poster of her favorite gymnasts. Jen: They got you a sign autograph of your favorite gymnasts. They even got you enrolled into a good gymnastic school to help you with your cartwheels and even got you a new leotard as well. Bella: They got all this for me? Jen: Yeah, it really thoughtful from two people you thought were bad. Bella: Oh boy, do I feel like a real jerk right about now. Guys, I'm sorry, I let my jealousy get the best of me. I was having a rough time accepting our parents' divorce and worried that Keisha and Laura were gonna steal dad and you guys from me. Luke: You should know better than that. Jen: I think you have a couple of more apologies to make.

@@ciscojacobo7168 honestly I don't think that is how she would react she would prolly just say like"they can't fool me with their gifts"and i think i wouldn't blame her. She was prolly goin through some tough times ,not only with her parents separation ,but also with losing her bestfriend and perfect life and the fact that her father was already moving on. The fact that even the therapists couldn't help her, shows how troubled she actually was

In my opinion, Bella was somehow right. As a teen with separated parents it just hurts to see your half siblings enjoy a life that you also deserved. Her trauma has lead to her doing horrible things. Even after a while, it still hurts. She started feeling like the unloved child and she had the right to feel like that. She wasnt the villain of the story here.

Keisha really hasn't done anything wrong , she calls him dad cuz...that's who he is to her , he's her new dad- and she laughed because it was funny what happened to Bella, when someone falls in a funny way , you will laugh , but she was still worried about Bella, Keisha at worst was just a bit oblivious at bell's issues , Bella took things too far
