What is that aluminum bar called and we’re can I get one for pushing up the tent frame ?

Thanks to you, Lee and Adam I started my own rental business. I was wondering when you first started out did you require a security deposit or a credit card on file? I rented out 5 chairs off of marketplace and the customer did not return them. The customer paid in cash but, I had all their information and a copy of their ID. How would you handle this situation in your first year? I actually did get the chairs back, they just had an emergency.

Even a credit card won’t save you if it’s cancelled or IF. It’s the risk factor in the business. Take as many precautions as you can, but statistically every once in a while you’ll get some bad Apple customers. Here I would say 1/2500 customers is evil. So fairly rare.

Charge extra to put removable foil with logos. We have plywood detachable bar with acrylic that is branded, but doesn't goes out very often.
