where are the laws that cities can't double the property taxes? can't quadruple the utilities, water, sewer, trash, electric gas? can't raise or cancel your insurance? Raise the rent, why? They couldn't pay it then, they can't pay it now. But as a small landlord, I can't keep this up. I'm going to have to salvage what I can, sell what I can and get out, or I will end up losing everything, and end up out in the street with them.

"The government shouldn't meddle in business." "Small government, no regulations, freedom." Trump has said he is willing to make cuts to Social Security and Medicare. Rick Scott planned to end all federal plans in 5 years. Tax cuts )for companies and the wealthy), no regulations (business, environment, etc.) are the motto of Republicans. So, why are you upset? This is capitalism. You should be glad housing businesses are expelling the bad customers.
