Story of this project:
We have very limited supply of Mustard greens in Northern Ireland, UK and as family we love to eat Saag (a very popular and traditional dish in Pakistan and India) made of Mustard, spinach and few spices. We always had challenge to source Mustard greens and this year I thought to overcome this challenge via my gardening skills (still a lot to learn from plants!).
This year, I grew Mustard from seeds and had wonderful harvest in my garden, a step to be self-sufficient. This video is all about growing Mustard and recipe of cooking Saag. Enjoy the video.
