    They all work great but have different watering and fertilizing needs. Some dry faster and will need more water, some have a few weeks of fertilizer already in them. They are all the best for the way they are put together.

  • @HorizenHydroponics

    @HorizenHydroponics

    6 жыл бұрын

    You know this is a tough question because it literally is all about personal preference and experience. We've tried them all in various forms and each one has its own benefits and setbacks. We go through a lot of Foxfarm, Roots Organics, ProMix, Detroit Nutrient Company, Nectar for the Gods and more. Really the best way to start is with a fortified soil to take some of the guess work out of it and then work into an inert growing medium to get more control of the nutrients your plants receive and when. So to answer your question: They're all the best depending on which grower uses what!

  • @HorizenHydroponics

    Soil is natural and so are insects. Insects can be brought into a grow in many ways. Soils could be one, typically its unhealthy plants that suffer from insects. If a plants Brix level is above 12, it's nearly invisible to bugs. Bugs are nature's way of speeding up the decomposition of sick, dying or dead plants back to the soil.

    @Fish Sandwich I think cheap on some,but I hear people getting fox farm soil with thrips from places. I try to get soil when it first comes in stock.soil that sits outside is a risk,but then sometimes I have to take a risk on soil. The past few yrs it's been hit and miss.
