Growing Bell Peppers from seed (Capsicum annuum paprika) but...

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Gardening in Drought conditions continues and my garden is flooded. I'm planting bell pepper at home and I have to deal with sticky slippery muddy surface. You can see how to plant bell peppers in a container. Container gardening is good when you have limited water resources.

I prefer to have mud than no rain. Your bell pepper seedlings are looking great!💖

I have to be more careful walking around the garden because it's slippery. Good thing I'm not afraid of the mud. Thank you Stacey ❤️!

You new seedlings are so pretty and will do well with the fresh rain! Yes, it is hot enough there to just start them without a heat mat at all. Great to see you! Part 2? Hmmm....

Yes, good thing starting seedlings is always easier when temperatures are warmer. Time to take care of the transplants and wait for the fruits in less than 60 days. watch out for part 2

The rain is such a blessing because the ground was thirsty. Even though gardening in drought is not officially over, the rains have given us a good break 👍❤️!

After heavy rains now it's time to deal with the mud. This has made gardening in drought so interesting. Where is the balance? It's either too much water or too little water. Ever tried walking barefoot in the mud?

Time to take care of the transplants and wait for the fruits. The rains won't continue for long so I'm still gardening during drought. It will be interesting to see the quality of fruits I get because the temperatures have come down slightly lower from highs of 30-31 Degrees Celsius for the last two months.

Yes Jenny! Finally we got some rains and my garden soil moisture will be much better than it was prior to the long drought. Gardening in drought is not easy but I'm getting some fruits ❤️!
