What kind of pesticides you spray?. I see your Asian pears look good. My pears fruit got all worms

Hi, we don't use any pesticides on our fruit trees and garden at all. But, I did picked off all of the deform fruits or fruits with orange spike rusty looking ones off the trees in the early spring and the minute I noticed them on the tree. I just give it water, and that's about it. We have a ton of birds here as well, I don't know if that helps or not.
