Clay is a example of aquiclude bcoz it only hold water not yield it whereas in the case of Aquitard it is a geological formation which partially hold water and partially transmit i.e. Silty sand is a example of Aquitard

Respectfully, "geology" is a huge area of study. One lecture, of any significant length, couldn't provide much of the information to describe what geology involves. An introductory course, not just a lecture, is what you should seek.

Madam please answer my query I have well 50 feet deeper. There as you explained that during summer the water zone lowers down and it’s more in deeper wells as compared. So can I too go below around 70 to 80 feet’s to avail benefits of summer zone. But my fear is that what if I end up in confined aquifer ? Is it possible ? Then I’ll have to loose the existing water too as the all water will move to the confined zone which is not an ideal aquifer . So please can you guide me in this regard. Please

If you dig deep enough, so as to reach confined aquifer. The air pressure will be lower in there so water will move up, moreover this is no longer a confined aquifer.

Thank you... I have practicle problem which is facing lot of Indian farmer. Problem: if I have high porosity and less permiability kind of earth structure then how we can increase the porosity. In detail: up to 15 feet their is a layer of soil after that hard, compact, back rock start due to that water can go deeply and lot of water gets waste through this river. Can you guide how to resolve this problem. One Indian farmer.....

Aquitard is a confining bed that retards the movement of water rather completely arrest it. These are the rocks and soils having porosity but LESS PERMEABILITY.
