It hurts like hell and causes nausea and sweating, along with fever and cramps, but rarely kills. Its more dangerous if your kid, or the elderly are bitten.

Depends where you are injected at. For example, with you’re injected with a decent amount in your breasts or testicles, doctors treat it as cancer and simply remove that part since it’s very hard to treat that area.

I wouldn't consider the Black Ox Beetle to be a boss, as you mentioned. However, I would consider the Black Widow to be harder than the majority of the grounded bosses. I should know, since I have defeated 70 of them in my 1.3 and 1.4 world. I still haven't gotten that gold card.

It's basically if Honey We Shrunk The Kids crossed with Rust/Forest/Subnautica/etc.

Damn, that infected ladybug fight was about picture perfect! 😮 Nicely done.

That thumbnail looks like some sort or horror game run scene where your about to go to the end of a hallway but someone/something goes infront of you and you have to run the other way, so nice thumbnail.

I love how Pete has already fought his way through the haze biome and into the lab, and only now is figuring out that the insects are agressive because of the fungus.

I do agree with the other ones except the Black ox beetle and the infected wolf spider because you can just find them about everywhere

thank you for making this. me and a friend were nearing the end of this and didn't know there were any bosses that directly impact the ending of the game.

Once I got a fully upgraded broodmother club I decided to meet up with the broodmother to see how far I have come. All i can say is it took me 1:33 to kill it.

I believe it's the ghostmint one (I think it is found either in the lake or in the hanging pod in the hedge)

Against the robots, use the prod smacker. It's a busting weapon, and has electricity.

Honestly Im surprised you found difficulty with the infected ladybug, hard but, honestly not the worst enemy at all, especially once you learn the perfect block timings. Also I the O.R.C hoard, I will say it’s 10x more fun w friends, but yes, damn it’s hard as hell solo, but I personally found it fun! Assistant Manager is my own favorite boss, I know it’s kind of like a watered down schmector but ey I’ve been playing since beta :>

Well, No, cause you fight tons of different bugs. But I do see it as the final encounter that you will have before ending the game, fighting buffed versions of many of the different bugs. So therefore quite valid.

This guy was stacked so he could easily defeat all the bosses if he wasnt stacked those bosses will be more powerful

Honestly director Schmector on 26:10 was an absolute W. Wendell never helps me in a fight. And when he does, he just kills me instead. Technically there is only five bosses. That includes the MANT, the Brood mother, Director Shmector, nad the Orchid Mantis. Now I am a Grounded nerd but anyone can find this out by themselves. I found by looking at my card selection and the insects with the Crown are bosses.

I already explained why I included other things as well. There is no making everyone happy, if I didn't do it, people would have complained that they were missing otherwise. So I'd rather add some more creatures into the mix, rather than too little.

I complete the story without see the Hedge Broodmother and the Mantis... inclusive I visited the Hedge nest but dont see the Broodmother

There is only one space you can spawn a boss so… and there are only 6 of em

I'm guessing you have this game on color blind mode because the food water stamina and health bar are all gray and I know for a fact that I'm not color blind

This dude either over prepares or under prepares for bosses also black ox beeetle and infected wolf spider arent bosses and neither are the waves, those are defence events but anyways enemies need purple health bars to be bosses

Actually some enemies that aren't usually bosses can have purple health bars dependent on the number of players in the area that are considered to be in combat. The colour of the health bar is determined by the number of segments on the health bar, not the tier of the enemy you fight. Some tier III creatures have red health bars, for example, whereas some tier II creatures have yellow. A more accurate statement is that boss creatures will always have a crown symbol on their creature card, which are the Assistant Manager, Broodmother, Director Schmector, Mant, and Mantis. There is however one notable exception, which is the Infected Ladybug found in the Haze Lab - this one is actually a variant of the ones found roaming the haze and has more health and slightly higher damage output compared to normal (as well as having summons in Medium and Whoa), so is closer to a tier III creature than a tier II as normally depicted on the creature card. This one is considered a miniboss, according to the devs. This also shows that the Black Widow, although having a purple health bar, is not a boss creature and is thus labelled Tier III on the creature card.
