@@bradleyjenkins2271 unusable and impossible is different things. Fist fight with bugs are not worth any time you spend to upgrade mutation and get a trinket. Just for one reason - SBA with chopper will be better. IF you get lucky with good trinket on NG+1+ you can build somekind of a Fist build but at NG+4 you fist does not have 2 perks like T4 infused weapons and you cant upgrade them to +15.

4:22 They probably forgot the Acid Edge for a reason. I mean, Sour is meant to stun.

Ye I thought that too but the tingle tongue has like 0 sour so it feels so inconsistent it was like they first started with sour=stun and then the update dropped and it was more like Battleaxe=stun but then they changed that and the acid edge is still higher but other sour stun like the he tingle tongue still isn’t so genuinely I got no clue anymore

And yet there’s still no way to resist the sour/fresh attacks from infused enemies, gotta love unavoidable elemental damage.

You can actually parry the sour attacks once they do their pulse thing as for the mint idk just don’t get hit ig. Hope this helps a bit

​@Preposterous_Noodle15 kinda hard against bosses unless you're doing a bow build. My biggest peeve is parrying attacks and still getting slowed despite me doing a perfect job I still get punished.

I like how you take the time to try out the patches/updates to get a feel before you make the videos. It is more professional and makes me trust your opinion much more!!

FTR the mantis change specifically effects her shred attack. Her cleave that inflicts bleed is unchanged and is scream is unchanged

the cleave is the charge attack right? idk how they didnt fix that one its alot more cummon than the ground shred yet its still unchanged

The reason the axe change is terrible, is that instead of giving different effects to the reskins, they instead made the 2 unique axes worse, and I loved using them because they were unique. The reskinned ones are just boring, and now I have to play and watch a boring design until I reach NG+4....

my suggestion for next patch : 1. add lock item in inventory feature to prevent accidentally dedupe important trinkets. 2. same trinket in shortcutbar still stacked so we must access inventory everytime we want to swap cones or waffles. 3. if they add items into mutation loadouts, it will be perfect game. like if we change from loadout A to B, we change all the mutation also items equipped like trinket, armor and weapons. so we can make loadout A for run fast and float, B for fresh combo, C for spicy combo, D for loot luck, etc... no more situation like we forget to change trinket, forget put on dandelion before jump, forget put on dissection mutation before loot. it all happens to me almost everytime.

It was never intended unfortunately. It practically had Two different weapon mastery on one mutation.

You know what we need (or I need)? A Trinket Effect Tier List with _detailed analysis_ of Effects. There's so much I'm unclear on. For instance, how do +Implant Weakness: Element, +Element Attack and +Element Damage Up Best compare with each other? I have 2 trinkets: 1) Sour Damage up Best. 2) Implant Weakness: Sour / Sour Damage Up Minor. I'm not sure which of these is better and why? Looking forward to that one.

The devs hate giving you more info about the effects because then you would find out how worthless they are! Black Ox Burgers give you a 2% damage resistance, for example.

Anyone else notice that you can’t throw the salt chipper and bust stuff e.g when you throw black ox hammer to skip brawny boy bin won’t work with salt chipper even though it’s a hammer

The super duper changes are great for ng+ 1 though. Ive definitely deduped in solo while out adventuring plus the fact that i dupe as needed more conveniently.

I have some clips of fighting the broodmother before they changed her websacks and genuinely some of the funniest shit I’ve ever seen it was so fucking wild and stupid

The pets are broken your supposed to be able to leave pets at their house yet they always manage to continue to follow you sometimes i just don’t want a pet bumping into me or following me around. The gnat is really bad im standing still and all i hear is the gnat bumping into me while im in a chest and it’s soo annoying to listen to. It’s not just once or twice its like every 10 seconds it bumps into me

I hate this patch only part I like is the skipping the dupe. I hate of so much stuff is weaker in new game + and things kill me faster In the game I can’t even survive a infused ant on mild new game 2 but before the patch I was able to no problem. I keep on getting one shot by everything. And builds are so much weaker and not as fun or powerful. My opinion is if a armour set or build is hard to get and strong don’t nerf it.

Now all they need to add is a trash button for trashcans so we can delete multiple stack of excess loot particularly the spider items because i can fill 3 chest with webs from the brood mother and black widow raid fights. It would save so much time if we could delete multiple item stack at once or at least add a settings for a key bind to trash items and get rid of that notification when deleting items.

Great video mate, thx! As patches go, this one wasn't that bad imho, they at least fixed the building bug where your whole base would collapse when deleting a blueprint. Would have loved some more in-depth thoughts about why - according to your thumbnail - you think some weapons like frosted flake are now useless!

In multiplayer I had a bug where I use the waft emitter and the bugs would be invisible to everyone except the host

Are you going to make a new trinket tier list video with all the new trinkets with 1.4?

Hope they fix the waft emmiter bug I have where it instantly completes it if don't move it before triggering.

The problem with this is that the time difference between ng+1,2 and 3 are not great enough to make weapons obtained earlier this much pess viable.

I am on new game plus 1. Don't have teleporters yet and love being able to zip line to dedupe instead of having to go to burgls lab

I wonder if there are any unlisted changes?

It also sounds like he's never or rarely played multiplayer as you can't access multiple ASL terminals in multiplayer. I very much prefer going to a field station then the Oak Tree as well.

I love how these devs decided their final update would be and RNG fest, can't imagine what we could have had if the devs did work like they used to back in 1.0.

Explosive damage always killed me so quickly I'm glad you can block it now

IDK, that glitch allows you to make EXTREMELY dense walls, you can double layer walls inside walls as if they were half vertical walls

And since its ps5 im unable to do that with any kind of precision a mouse can. So im done with the game. Im not playing anymore until it gets fixed

Have they fixed the buls*it where your base gets attacked and there's either an invisible bug or a bug that's there and attacks you and your things but you can't damage it back

they are probably still not gonna be used only 100 stacks you lose all of it when you get hit at least with an effect like samurai its only 5 stacks so you can get it back super quickly

@@habderrahmane I wish they would remove the stack cap, but I am a fist user. The unarmed damage up functions as 50 stacks, raising the cap to 150. This unfortunately doesn't do much in higher new game plus however.

It could always be changed again in the future who knows. Still needs a fair bit of tweaking but also who cares just make the other axe. Fusion crystals ain't that hard to farm.

They fixed molars spawning underwater. That is also false. Luckily you can swim up and throw blaster at it and swim down and grab it

If we lose pets so be it but at least respawn the backpack in game somewhere! Lost so many good items man

Why do they hide all information in this game, I just cant comprehend what is wrong with this game developer. Why do we have to see "+Increases Stamina" on a trinket? Why it cant tell right away "+Increased Stamina +100"? Why we see "minor / major / best" variants on the trinket, but no way of figuring out what that actually means in game? How much is that in number? 1/2/3? 10/20/30? 10/25/50? Why we see "+bosses damage" and "+specific boss" damage but not actual values showing the difference on the item itself? Item gives Vampirism? Nice! Woohoo! Wait, what? How much it life steal? Oh right right, i have to play a guessing game. Why crafting new axes gives new effects / abilities but its not showing up on crafting window? HOW a player gonna know that it suppose to have something extra? How can people even test changes if they don't know actual values of things they are testing / comparing to? While this game have a lot of things where it is exceptionally good / user friendly, tooltips must be the worst skill set of this game developer. I don't know if its because person in-charge of this is introvert and have massive issues communicating or he just don't get it that players can't understand what half of the tooltips in the game even mean?

The combat in this game is based around parrying and rewarding player skill by doing so. It feels wrong to have an attack that flat out ignores this system while also knocking you down and/or debuffing you. It feels cheap and unfair, especially with the damage these things do on higher NG+ runs.

I'm fairly happy with the changes. You can't sit here and cry when we all knew and expected a sizable balance patch was coming. If you don't like the changes then come back in a month when NG+ balancing is more complete.

So in short. Don't update the game. Gotcha

I got Loot Luck on my BURG.L Flipper. It's great to just hotswap real quick when looting because it has it's own hotspot unlike cones/waffs/crinks. I didn't really want it on a useful weapon. Now if I could just find a trinket with Loot Luck to go with it! And I'm still having issues with the Waft Emitter and Timed Factional Raids. The invincible bugs seem to be fixed but the Emitter is all kinds of buggy now. It doesn't seem to be resetting/reducing Factional Rage anymore. I'm doing huge Wasp Wasps and getting a Timed Factional Wasp Raid on my base minutes after finishing the waft. It's a _bad_ deal. They keep tearing up my base and I can't fix it because base parts are bugged too. (sigh)
