Tommy is amazing. He is skilled with a wide range of problem solving ideas.

Those decks were a masterful bit of carpentry. Not only making them but getting them in place in such an awkward space. I so miss this show. I watched the shows religiously when they were on. Never missed an episode. I am so happy I found them again and rewatch all my favourite episodes. I hope everyone of them are doing well. I think after everything, this has to be the best one because it was such a hard space to do an all in two days.

The designers on this show are the best I've ever seen. Every single garden is spectacular. Thank you for uploading!

Brings back memories of me being a kid. Watching this in the living room with Mum and Dad.

My family started watching this when it was on BBC America in the early 2000's. This is bringing me right back to the summer of 2001. The nostalgia is extremely real! My dad would take so many ideas from this show, and then I got stuck having to help him recreate his ideas 😂

I have so missed everyone from this show. Alan, Tommy, and Charlie was so fun to watch. I love this show.

This is the best landscaping show ever made for TV and I have watched them all. The new ones are made for millionaires and are a total waste of time watching. Watch and learn while true garden experts perform their magic.

WILLIAM EDWARDS Well said. I found this in the late '90s, well before BBC America went All Top Gear All The Time. I've had no luck finding their G F America episodes. This series and Furniture To Go were my favorites for as long as they lasted.---Hank Eason, on a borrowed keyboard.

Even more so than Changing Rooms, this show felt very pure.

Bunch of happy, nosy neighbors. Love it. The rolled bamboo used on the deck is not safe...

While I loved everyone on the show, Willie was my favorite, with his facial expressions at the rest. He must have thought they were nuts, but he did his job with gusto. I hated when he cut his hair short.

The show was launched about 25 years ago.

Where some people with regional accents come and do up your garden

I don't care what any of you that have left comments before me think about the safety issues, Brexit, etc. etc. Charlie looked better in these Ground Force programmes than she does into the more modern Garden Rescue programmes. ( And at a guess, I reckon the cameramen do too!! )
