Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. I’m not one to repeat workouts often, as I’m cursed by the “constantly-varied” mentality… but I really enjoyed this routine and feel like it’s my new default 20min movement go-to practice. Very well balanced and efficient session. Thanks Flo. Love the page. Keep raising the vibrations.
