Thats because a lot of groomers now a days are comfort groomers. And don't want to bush out even the smallest matt. So they shave them. You have to do more schooling to do show grooming.

Gorgeous tapered legs on Vuitton . I don’t groom anymore but I’m finally getting my 10 year old rescue standard poodle. In about a week to ten days. I’m excited. That’s why I’m watching all kinds of videos to cut my time but quality finish dog groom. I’ll take him to a groomer every few months for a spa day. 🐩. Ordering a bed and a few things.

Wow! You're a master artist. If I had a poodle (I used to have one) I'd want you to groom her. I can tell you care about the dog's comfort. The most important thing to me is groomers are kind to the dogs and care about them so they aren't hurt or scared. Thank you!

You are one of the best groomers I have seen yet. I love how detailed your work is and how well you explain everything. It really is an art form. (I also loved the Poodle made of Poodle hair at the end!)

I always loved poodles regardless what haircut

I stumbled upon your channel because I ran out of 'girl with the dogs' videos to watch. My god, what was I wasting my time with! There's no comparison. The end result is breath taking, not just because of your excellent craftsmanship but also because that dog is a magnificent specimen.

The clippers on the bottom of legs is so smart. All the scissor time cut. Love the scissors

I used to use my blades to get some of the leg hair shorter and shaped. Then scissors finish. Saved work and time on well behaved dogs.

I learn so much from your poodle grooming videos! Thank you for making these. I have a 3 year old, black, standard poodle named Kitty 😊. I am not a professional groomer but I enjoy grooming Kitty myself. Videos like yours help me make my poodle look fantastic. My Kitty and I thank you!

I rescued a miniture poodle in march and ive been watching your videos to teach myself to groom him, i did my first full groom on him last night and it went amazing! I felt so out of my comfort zone with the first couple baths but its starting to just feel like our ruetine!

Thank you for this video and expanding well. I am just starting at a groomer shop and I am washing right now and nails and brushing out prepping for someone to clip. And I find this drying information very helpful. I did this kind of dog yesterday and now I can do even better next time .
