Wow this is brutal... those poor rabbits can barely even move in their cages. & PSA when you hold your rabbit on it’s back it goes into shock & that’s why they’re so calm. That’s not at all how you handle a rabbit. Holy these animals deserve so much better than being crammed into small cages & man handled. You should be ashamed of yourself. I can’t believe people still house rabbits like this to this day & think it’s okay.

Rabbit is an excellent souce of protien, very lean with little fat. You can find may delicious reciepes online. It really does taste like chicken.

One thing: don’t put your rabbit on its back. It make them think that they are getting clawed by a hawk so when you do it they may not like you and that’s why they scerm. Maybe you could answer the other comments the same way I summarized this

I have rabbits for 43 years, the barn i bulit for them cost at least $50,000, money I got from selling a house. Without my rabbits i would have no reason for living. My passion and love for them is something I do not think you can understand. My videos were done to help people. But its doesnt matter how much i try to help there are always going to be so jerk out there that doesnt want to see the way I do because however they take care of their animals is different. You are a rabbit knownit all. Have you posted a video of how you cut their nails? How to groom them properly? If you want to help others understand your frustration with me do the correct way. Show them, you can add a link to your video with what you feel is the "proper" way to groom a rabbit.

Just like dogs getting groomed, sometimes they need to be held down / muzzled / leashed to the table. If the rabbit was under stressed or in extreme discomfort they will let you know via screeching, biting, and excessive scratching / kicking. Like she has said multiple times in the videos she has 43 years of experience and has high placing rabbits.

@@thelifeofriley2828 no, she could do everything without turning the rabbit on its back which is extremely stressful. It would take a little longer but it would be much better for the rabbit. This is very uncomfortable for bunnies because they are Prey animals, not like dogs. That she's abusing rabbits for 43 years doesn't make anything better. She's keeping them alone, in very small cages. This is simply animal abusive.

Thank you for letting me know. I have been breeding and showing rabbits for only 43 plus years. All the judges at the shows do the same thing. You should contact the american rabbit breeders association and let them know that you are an expert in rabbits and for more than a 100 years they have been handling rabbits incorrectly. Everryone needs a purpose in life. I am sure Gods purpose for you is to inform the world of the proper way to handle a rabbit. By all means please post a video on youtube of the correct way to handle a rabbit. Every vet I have been to is doingnit wrong to. I know this is a huge task for you to be taking on. But once you have saved all the rabbits being handle like a baby I am sure you will sleep much better and fullilled you life purpose.

Rabbits in shelters for the most are mixed breeds, or from back yard breeders making "pets" and selling them for $25. They dont care about their animals they care about their dollars. NOT ALL but some of these people who buy them dont wantbto spend money on a pet from a reliable breeder. Then when they are board with their bunny, or the rabbit has ruined everything in their house. Because they too didnt want to spend their money to buy the right stuff for the rabbit. Here the baby ends up in a shelter.

Your manhandling that rabbit to the point is stressed. Your keeping those bunnies like battery farmed chickens. Your cruel and selfish

And cage outer shell. All cages should be at least double what your using. I don't think you know what your doing

Let's get something straight, she's a show breeder. She's not breeding to make a buck or two. She's breeding to produce the healthiest and best quality rabbit to their ability. Decades of knowledge, hard work, devoted passion and money is put into this hobby. Yes a hobby, this isn't to make money. Any knowledgeable person that has educated themselves in rabbit breeding can distinguish the difference between someone that's in this to make money vs someone who's actually improving the breed. Believe it or not, but a cage is the most sanitary option to house them in. A solid floor or even a soft cloth inside the cage will collect their waste. So now they're constantly stepping and sitting on their own filth. And no, the cage floor doesn't hurt their padded feets. These cages are made of quality heavier gage wires. These aren't your thin cheap chicken wire. She's handling the rabbit firmly while not hurting him. If she's actually handling him without a firm hold. He can actually injure himself by trying to twist himself upright. I hate pet owners thinking that they can apply their self righteous standards to breeders and how they love to look down upon them like they're better. Just how do you think we've gotten the vast amount of different breeds of dogs, cats, birds and so on? It's thanks to breeders, great breeders like this one.

You should never put a rabbit on its back, all of the blood will go down and that's not good for your rabbit. Also when you do that it feels like they are in harm, rabbits are prey animals. You're probably going to say well I have a lot of rabbits and have lots of experience, but I think you need to do some research. Any animal should not be stuck in a cage all day they need a big place where they can run and do binkies. That's a lot of rabbits and I don't know your exact living situation but you probably don't have a lot of money for all of those rabbits to get to where they need to be. Rabbits or any animals do not belong in a cage they need to free roam in a big room or in a big playpen that dogs use. Also on those cages, it's a wire bottom cage and rabbits' feet are sensitive to that. Also, I don't know what you feed your rabbits but when people have rabbits in cages like this most of the time they feed their rabbits pellets and don't care that much about their rabbits. A rabbit's diet should mostly be veggies, rabbits should only have 1/4 cup of pellets per rabbit or less. I can also see in the background it looks like you are using those bottled water nibble things that they drink out of, that's not enough water. Yes, you hopefully fill that up each day, but rabbits need a bowl of water like dogs. Would you want your dog drinking out of a bottle like that no probably not? Rabbits also need to chew on something like a toy, I see absolutely no toys in their cages, that's not good for their teeth, if they don't have any toys their teeth will just keep growing and grow through their bottom lip. Its absolutely disgusting it looks like a shelter, come on people do better. If you want to actually be a good role model and be on Youtub check out Lennon the bunnies youtube channel and do your research. Do better!!!

They need a big space where they can do binkies and run and have fun. They shouldn't just be in a little cage for the rest of their life. Would you want to be in a small cage for your life no probably not, or you are just weird in the head. If these bunnies do get taken out in the day for a bit that's good but still not enough where they can have a good life. Also, how does a litter box get messy? If you get a nice litter box with a cover they just go in there do their business and jump right out. If you don't have a litter box they just go to the bathroom wherever they want which is not good, poop and pee get all over the place only if you are keeping them in a good living area which is not a small cage that has a wire bottom wear their feet can get bad. They should get their fresh salad in the morning be loved in the daytime and played with have some treats then have their night 1/4 cup of pellets because a bunnies diet should not be just on pellets.

This is TERRIBLE. No bunny should live in those sized cages. And why on earth would you hold your bunnies like that while grooming?! 😡 you can cut your bunnies nails while they are sitting straight up. You don’t need to trance them to go it. This is too many rabbits to be able to be all taken care of correctly. And DONT EVER brush your bunny the opposite direction as the hair is growing. 🤬

@@Vampirezzxx she's a rabbit breeder, they don't care much for how the rabbit actually think, all that matter is that they are healthy enough to breed and be sold for money, holding a rabbit like that makes them feel as if they are about to die since they are prey animals, and being put in a cage can make them die very fast and become aggressive and protective, the fact that she's been abusing rabbits for that long is disgusting, some people just don't deserve animals.

My first Netherland Dwarf had all clear nails except 1 that was black!

So Sad can’t even look at this I’m actually getting 6 Netherland dwarfs and I have a house just for them at least better than this! 😢 bunnies need a play pen and walks every day and plenty of hay and veggies 😊

You shouldn't put your rabbit on it's back. It is not good to trans your rabbit and it can cause permanant damage. The rabbits in the back look like they are living under very bad living conditions when they dont have anywhere near to enough space, no hay, no toys, no soft place to rest or food. Why do you have all these bunnies? Do you sell them for food? Cause you clearly don't care about their well being at all and it soesn't seem like you know too much about rabbits.

@@Vampirezzxx I am a rabbit owner and I regularly trim my rabbits nails without trancing him. I do see your point where having trouble with this is a common issue for rabbit owners. But if you build a trust with your bunny and accually know how to properly hold a them, this is a thing you can get better at. All i am saying is: TRANSING YOU RABBIT IS NOT AN OPTION. My opinion is that i'd rather let by bunny go a while with too long nails then transing them even once. I am more than happy to share information and my experiences.

​@@Vampirezzxx First of all: Girl please learn basic bunny anatomy. Do you know why they lay so still on their backs? It is because they are in a trans. THAT IS WHT IT IS CALLED TRANSING. They are PRAY ANIMALS and while on their backs they believe they are going to die. AND THAT IS FACT. Yes, you need to trim their nails, but you can do it without putting them on their back. You can hold their front legs and kind of put them on their butt, with their back against your belly. Or you can hold them close to your body so that they feel safe.

Ok, let me tell you all something before you go hating on her. 1: It is not immoral to eat rabbits, they are a good source of meat and some are raised for just that purpose. 2: Putting them on their backs doesn't hurt then at all! If you have ever been to a rabbit show you most likely would of seen a judge have a rabbit on its back. 3: Those cages are perfect size for that breed. They do have room to move so they are fine. 4: The wire bottom DOESN'T hurt them! They have padding on their feet so it won't hurt them. It's like you having shoes on and walking on wire. It doesn't hurt. 5: She isn't hurting them at all. 6: Rabbits are livestock! Yes they can be a pet but they are considered livestock. If y'all just came here to hate on her then leave. She doesn't have time to listen to all you haters.
