It must have been very painful for her to be so matted and then having the mats removed. 😢 she looked adorable, clean, and comfortable when you were done. Beautiful work! it could be that the owners can’t groom her, or it could be that she was recently just found.

A very calm Bichon...You're such an excellent groomer! What brand of clipper and blade number are you using? They're fab! The end result was a perfect beauty. 😍 Thank you for sharing ☺️

I just adopted a bichon in March 2021. He was rescued from the street, 3 weeks before by his foster. He was so mated that the foster thought he was a poodle mix. It was not until June, my groomer said that he might be a bichon. Because by then, although the groomer saw him in April, the hair grew beautifully.

Poor wee mite! She looked so sad when she first arrived! You did an amazing job on her though. She appears to have had a litter recently, and if so, that is still no reason to allow her to get into such a state. However, you took your time and shaved her right down to her freckles! You also gave great advice about her tail! Never comb or brush out a tail that is that matted! It will grow back. Again, another job well done! Keep up the great work and I just love your videos!
