So things I've noticed in your shopping videos...there sure seems to be a lot of good healthy food available to buy where you shop. And you do seem to buy mostly good healthy food for your family. Some of the food you buy seems cheaper than here in Canada, where I live. Our milk and bread are way more expensive, and our vegetables do not look as good as yours. Do enjoy watching your videos!

Some things she buys in season, I notice that alot. In season fruits/ veggies will always taste better and be cheaper. I notice their shopping carts are WAY smaller than the ones at grocery stores in America. We could probably do with a smaller cart here😅

@@uponamidnightdreary am in southern Ontario 🇨🇦 and have noticed that over the past 6 or 8 mths most grocery stores have gone with smaller buggies - am so used to using them now that the buggies at COSTCO are almost unmanageable 😂🤣 wish stores would take into account how many of their customers actually shop for one - am really really envious of how Japanese shoppers can get bulk or individual items in the produce dept and it doesn’t appear that they are slammed with crazy $$ when shopping for one

@@ej3016 hi, I'm in UK and we have 2 sizes. the usual big trolley/cart and a smaller one classed as a daily shopper. Bit bigger than Linna's tho. I think prob uk n usa are similar that people shop weekly where in japan its 2+times a week. I go to costco once every year or two 🤣

In season produce, eating lots of fruits and vegetables- all of this is the foundation of Japanese food culture. Its also why they have the highest mortality rate in the world.
Would love to see you cook all the things you buy :)
So many choices in that store I would be lost lol.

The food there looks delicious and healthy. I've seen things I wish I could find here in the U.S. and it's cheaper in Japan too. I love watching your shopping compilations. I've gotten quite the education. Love and blessings to you and your family.
always fresh and appetizing to look at every grocery you go to!

Wow you must be rich. And it's interesting how grocerie stores sell everything packed in plastic but people can't use plastic bags because it's bad for the environment. Lol

One thing is sure, Japanese definitely use alot more plastic for packaging mere things. Why are they even packing veggies in those plastic. It can certainly harm your health.

They have a much better recycling program than any other country in the world. They have a lot of plastic, but it is used again and again and recycled, which no other country gets shit on.
America need to step up. Start making food. Getting food. Serving food. Get vending machines. JUST LIKE JAPAN. SERIOUSLY. GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. NOT BY THE FOOD IT ISN'T. I WAS BORN IN THE WRONG COUNTRY. LOL. MAKE ME MAD. LOL.😂😂😂❤😅😊😮
