Hey Lisa Happy Monday 🌻 Great prices. I normally can find the liquid death at my Ross or marshall for 6.99. cereal for 99 cents is amazing. I've only been to Trader Joe's once.

Good haul. I was at grocery outlet today and saw the ninja pizza. Today was so busy at my outlet. I'm going to look for the vanilla water next time. And there was all kinds of flavored alcohol drinks. I'm going on Wednesday that is senior day for me I get 10% off good deal. Yes 😥 Saturday and Sunday is going to be 90° here in Washington.

There calling for thunderstorms here where I live in Kentucky on the 4th.....Great haul....😊

Lots of good choices.. an idea for protein, search Internet to see if you need another vitamin or herb to help you to absorb the protein, like for potassium they sometimes suggest magnesium, and with iron I believe they have something and for turmeric they say black pepper with it, I can't remember but I know my daughter in-law had a wound and wouldn't heal very fast so they suggested she eat extra protein and take another vitamin. Try searching internet. Sometimes some meds deplete different levels and my bf had diarrhea and lost potassium but also a med caused it too and we had to figure it out on our own Dr was puzzled, they usually only know what they have treated before other than searching or asking other doctors. Good luck..

Ok Lisa, you need to go to Grocery Outlet and speak to the manager there and tell them they need to come Northeast. Seriously they really need to. 😢

You have to buy some of Costco's "crack" rotisserie chicken- no trip there is complete without bringing at least one of them home with you! 😊

I thought there was a DT haul, too.

Pasture raised eggs are much better for your body absorbing good nutrients as well the chickens eat bugs and what they are suppose to eat to be healthy makes us healthier 😊

Yes! I wish I could eat eggs I bet that would help so much! Might look into a farm And buy chicken from them ❤️ when we did butcher box wow you can really taste the difference
