To each their own 🤷🏼♀️ we eat fruit, veggies, carbs, and meat (protein) daily…we do grab quick convenience foods and snacks. We are a family all about balance! We both drink mainly water, but like to have fun drinks with dinner…we need quick and easy meals sometimes… Most days we eat chicken with a veggie and rice/potatoes for dinner. Some days we make hamburger helper 🤷🏼♀️ BALANCE. I appreciate you watching and appreciate the comment! We are all entitled to our opinion and beliefs and it’s fine if our food choices don’t match yours. I still appreciate the view and interaction and hope you have a great day!
