Someone needs to do a side to side comparison between this and Grizzly from last year! It seems like it’s running much faster after the retrack.

Yea I think the first drop and other parts were reprofiled as well

Gravity Group is amazing for keeping these great woodies alive and well

Damn. I remember how slow it used to trek through that second turnaround. It fucking HAULS through now thanks to the bigger drop. Even cooler how they didn’t adjust the banking. Can’t wait to get back on this thing

I can't wait to go back and ride the retracked grizzly Bro!!!! Glad you enjoyed it and glad Cedar Fair did this for the ride.

Night rides finna go crazy

Legendary coaster.

I got on this ride 3 times today, it's the crunchiest roller coaster in the park 🤣😭

Headed to KD this week as a detour on my way to SC, had no idea they re-tracked this classic! Excited to check it out

I rode it Saturday and I thought it was great, except for a rough patch near the end where the safety harness went into my stomach three times. Still safer than the old Rebel Yell/Racer 75 that felt like it was going to throw me and my wife out of the car. The only issue with Grizzly was the bump bump bump on the straight track near the end.

Yeah all they need to do is literally smooth out the jack hammer part, and this will be good.

My dag on glasses are somewhere amongst those trees 😔 I forgot to take them off knowing this is a death trap, white knuckle ride that throws you all around. I quickly stuffed them down my shirt. The ride hit one of those hard turns, and I saw my glasses fly away. I'm still heartbroken to this day. 2:30 My kids troll me every week saying "are we getting on the grizzly" They know I'm not getting back on that deathtrap. YES I'M STILL BITTER 5 years later 😢 I loved those glasses. So YES the Grizzly and I have a longstanding beef 😅

I literally Got Goosebumps Watching This Video, and Can Absolutely see The Speed, Smoothness, and Airtime, The Grizzly Trains Are Delivering Now!! MAN!!! What Changes that The Gravity Group Could Have Been Made for Mean Streak. Changing the Angle of descent off the Lift Hill, changing the Banking in The Turns to provide Smoother Transitions, and would have Most likely made some Major Reprofiling of the 2nd Half after the Mid Course Block Brake. Can you Imagine how much the New and Improved Mean Streak would have been?? There would have been Airtime in parts of The Course that Never Had Airtime!!

Fun fact :) Grizzly and Wilde Beast @Canada's Wonderland are clones. Now if only GG would re-track Wilde Beast LOL
