Aside from its great dogfighting, this jet is asburde when it come down to spear heading into the enemy and performing the classic game of head on fighting, and the Sky Flash (DF) short ranged RADAR missiles work amazing for this alongside the AIM-9 M smokeless missiles which catch many people off guard...
With the new RADAR missiles coming the Gripen is set to lose the the Sky Flash (DF) which I will miss dearly.
but they will end up getting something far more lethal over all...
