Gail, You are amazing! I never know what I'm going to see on your channel. I don't have a grinder. It definitely seems like it would save money and be better for you to grind your own meat. Also, I've been watching your videos. Hopefully you will see some extra watch hours.

i did notice, and thx sooooo much for that! yup, grinding my own meats avoids those teeth breaking bone bits that you sometimes get in ground burgers. we still eat burgers out of course but i seem to always get the bone bits, but my hubby just inhales, no chewing, so he doesnt notice them,, lol

Interesting grinder. I remember the old hand grinders; they were hard work and messy. I like your alcohol-cleaning techniques, too! :>)

hey mark, i just noticed that i publish the video a bit too soon, as it takes time to get to high def, on youtube’s end, so when my hubby and i watched it, it reached only 700 some resolution, but now its clear and showing 1080p. can you click on it again and see if its clearer now? it took like 30 mins just to seem that it was ready but next time, i will wait until it shows me 1080p.

Pro tip: If you fold the top of the baggy down, you can fill it with product without getting anything on the zip part.

not much, but i slowed the weight gain and started to move in the right direction. i still eat sweets here and there but i dont eat my beloved cereals anymore, and i usually only do 1/2 bun (like and open faced burger, etc) and just cut where i can without suffering too much.

just picked them up today, saw him make them too, that was cool. videod a little of that, not sure if i have enough for a video, but i did do a video of him a year or so ago when he made my prior ones. gonna wash them first, just so they shrink to the correct size, lol. i went up 10 subs overnight. the short fox video, 3rd time reposting, was the charm.

@@gailsfoodandstuff - I always ask her to stay way/way away from me when I come down with the flu. I lose my appetite when I get the flu and only tend to eat dry toast. Fortunately, dogs don't catch human flu, as my dog is never more than a few feet/inches away. My dog and I sleep in a guest bedroom to protect my wife's health. She's a great little hot water bottle. This current flu has been particularly nasty. Worse than I've ever had. But I can feel I'm on the mend now. I'm just shutting down now. :>)
