How does 102 mizen compare to 64 mizen?

Curious about both your @BrianQuan and Prestin’s experience with the 01 and Mizens after some time with them. I’m eyeing that combination for my PO setup!

I just got a defective df64 gen 2 😢. I had to return it, and they charged me a 25% restocking fee. I do a ton of pour over and filter with a moccamaster. I've also been looking for my first espresso machine. Honestly, the grinder is the hardest part for me. My options are between the 078s or df83v. I was also considered pre ordering a mazzer philos. However, I want to keep my budget under 700 and keep stock burrs. Do you like df83v with brew burrs?

Why didn't you change the rpm on the DF? Isn't the whole point of the DF83V the ability to alter the rpm to adjust the fines profile?
