Hey In the video,C2 Micro and grill combination setting has been used. In this combination cooking using any kind of metal is a no even if provided with the appliance. Instead you can just grill(press the button once only) where both heat resistant glass and metal can be used. Please read the user manual carefully before using as it is very dangerous

Metal cookware should not be used in a microwave. Metal will not allow microwaves to penetrate; the food behind the metal will not be cooked. The metal could also cause arcing in the oven. Microwave convection ovens can use metal and foil safely during the convection cooking.

I tried preheat and this method but the chicken was not cooked well, i tried without preheat yet not cooked well 😐, i also marinated chicken for 5 Hours still there is something i miss. please give any tips if its not mentioned in video.
