Bailey tries to be tough but she really is a softie she is like the nagging mom of the group and she wants to be taken seriously 😂why do u think her and George got along so well in earlier season he knew Bailey had a good heart she just never wanted to show it😂

This is a great, emotional and powerful scene. I love Simone, she’s become of my favorite interns. I think this will start the beginning of more character growth and development for her. I love how Bailey was there for her and they bonded. I hope to see more of Bailey being Simone’s mentor.

I agree This Will give her all the development her charather need She was always holding back and her mother death was why ❤❤❤❤ I didnt like her charather at first She carries so much pain and guilt for something that wasnt her fault

We all need a Bailey (and a Ben) in our lives ❤ And Simone was also great! ❤

Simone's acknowledgement that she is one of those doctors is so insightful. I think she's being unproductively self-destructive in her response to that, but I hope she finds that with experience, comes wisdom, which if taken seriously and to heart, prevents repetition of those omissions and leads to growth. I hope her character uses this teachable moment to grow into a superb surgeon!

Yep! I think they just call it Grey Sloan as a collective. Doesn't matter if it was Seattle Grace, Seattle Grace Mercy West, it's all the same

Richard is a general surgeon and someone who missed smth must have been an Ob not a surgeon
