Griffiss AFB ORI
The Griffiss AFB ORI was a spoof on what has occurred during annual SAC evaluations. Everyone's career is riding on making a passing grade. We were told a person from the squadron was a DJ at a local radio station and put together songs to express what happens during the evaluation from the IG arrival and through the release of the final grade. Aircraft photos are from the Air Force archives and the audio tape was produced and passed around for several years.

The title of the show is Griffins AFB ORI and someone commented “1985”. I was commenting it couldn’t have been 1985 because we maintainers didn’t go to jungle cammies until 1986 or 87.

It was before 1976. I just added photos to see while listening to the audio.

I agree with ya Paul Dubay most of the pics were of H's Really non from the Griff 416 OMS 81-85
Some shots may have been Griffiss in 1985 but we didn’t wear camouflage on the flight line until 1987.
