My gym is 1-1 ½ km from my house so I usually walk from here to there. I thought that it would have that much of an effect on my legs so I didn't bring any money. Are you asking this just now? This is the same shit with crimson planet, skc, slh etc. Id say griefs much better than those levels, but its been a very popular trend throughout this games history where hard levels are praised for difficulty and nothing else. aod tw crimson planet to name a few more are pretty bad levels that people just like because they're hard and have begged roptop to rate them even though they're complete shite

This is a showcase not a completion lmao

not to hate on the creatorsor anyone else involved, but theres a few things i dont like/get about this level: for one half of it is pixel perfect wave that changes speed blindly, and secondly the gameplay practically doesn't line up with the music. im not very active in the GD community so im sure theres reasons behind the making of the level but these issues apply to most recent acclaimed "top 1" levels. ive never understood the point in making a level hard just to be hard and not to be fun. we have plenty of extreme demons that actually are fun to play but levels like this just dont hit that same bar for me, let alone for the verifier(s) who actually have to endure this kind of gameplay (i have no idea if they get anything out of doing so except for a trophy that says "congrats you verified this good job" with a pat on the back).

I agree with this so much. I understand that it is a huge testament of skill to anyone who can beat this but I can't understand people who defend this kind of gameplay. I think the decoration is amazing but the gameplay is 90% tight wave spam. Honestly I miss when top ones weren't just about who can make a tighter wave spam.

True since that kind of skill is hard to get down consistently, but it doesn't change how levels nowadays are made. Tidal wave for example in my opinion was a good top one despite it also having quite a bit of wave spam, the difference being it was at least broken up with different game modes and different types of gameplay. This whole tangent of mine is pointless, I just miss the way levels were made before
