@@kremzski6760 it didn't feel like a DiRT game, from the physics, sense of speed and content included it felt like a downgrade from DiRT 3, maybe if it was called Hot Wheels or Flatout it would've had better reception

@@kremzski6760 I'm not sure - I personally had a lot of fun and enjoyed both Showdown and Dirt 3, but I just think people didn't like the departure from rally to demolition derby.

Reminds me a lot of dirt showdown, i loved that game despite the bad reviews

The bad reviews was Dirt fans. I always loves Dirt Showdown more than any other racing game. There still aren't any game like it.

The original grid had demolition derby too and it was awesome

they are the same assets im pretty sure since code masters and grids publishers are linked between those games so they borrowed assets and the whole idea of showdown it just seems like a watered down version of the previous game

@@channe3049 no you can’t. These are unlicensed vehicles, GT and Forza aren’t. To have the same unlicensed vehicles over and over again is LAZY.

Nice to see this game mode return. Now, let's hope it's not downhill from here. Hoping for '24 hour' endurance races, more sprint events, more JDM and british classics, and more bug fixes too, obviously

I'm seeing DiRT Showdown here. This gameplay looks almost exactly like that game did.

Lol no, Grid Legends just feels like a GRID 2019 Reskin, actually that's what it is. it's just a reskin. the OG Grid and Grid 2 are 10x better.

Some vehicles are from Dirt Showdown, put some neons and pyrotechnics and it's quite literally that game with less content, but imo is very good for a small dlc

I don't remember Showdown's damage being bad though. It was on par with Dirt 3's damage modeling which wasn't bad either.

Just picked up EA Play Pro to try this game. I'm a Racing game fanatic and needed something new besides FH5, NFS Heat, and Crew2(so burnt out on crew) It looks like it'll be a blast. Also Downloading F1 22.

If they could throw half the cars and maps from dirt showdown in this short grid dlc they could definitely make a DiRT Showdown 2! If they make it they need to bring back the old feel of the game and the cool menu and funny announcer! Simple but interactive loading screens and the dozens of maps and variety! Please codemasters just make DiRT Showdown 2 🙏🙏🙏

Wreckfest is the real deal. It has been made by the programmers of Destruction Derby. They couldn't use the name because it's the company holds the name. But Wreckfest is the real successor of the legendary Destruction Derby games from PS1, PS2 era.

I would have preferred more sports cars and race cars to start out with, but this is nice too. However GRID Legends needs to deliver on an improved replay mode, and more paint jobs for all the vehicles, that would make a great racing game even better.

What I find strange is that these vehicles aren't licensed and yet, the damage modeling for them are lackluster.

In Dirt Showdown there was no rewind, so maybe this one aswell (since it looks so similiar to Dirt Showdown)
