☆Okay, so to explain the "Tokyo gang tattoo" I need to quickly summarise a bit of Grian's past. This is partly canon, but mostly just made up by me for plot purposes in this AU in this AU only, so don't tell me I got something wrong or that in the "Yandere (prequel)" it didn't work like that. I know.☆
☆Grian's parents, going through a divorce didn't want to deal with him, so they sent him to a Preschool in Japan, giving him enough money to do his own thing there. His family was quite rich, so he didn't have to worry about starting or not having new clothes. The only thing he was limited to is a place to stay, as they didn't think to provide one for him, and he was too young to buy a house or apartment, or even just rent a hotel room on his own. Upon arriving in Japan, he quickly realised he had nowhere to go, as he didn't know anyone in Tokyo, where the Preschool they sent him to was located. He wandered around the streets looking for a place to spend the nights and maybe find someone nice enough to let him stay with them for his time abroad. He was noticed by a former Gang member who brought him to the Gang's current Boss and left him there. The gang decided to let him stay, under the condition that he will train with them, as he already looked like he was more capable than other kids his age. To initiate him into the Gang, they gave him a Tattoo that all the members get once they join. They took care of him until he was done with School and decided to go back home (trying to hide from Sam who however found out Grian left Japan and decided to follow him, not really knowing where he went exactly).☆

☆The tattoo is known Worldwide, and it only proves that the person is capable of fighting back and should not be messed with, no matter how venerable or young they may be/look.☆

Lololol Scar is legit a grown up child and that’s why kids love him Nooo I was ready for you to end the video when Grian was hugging (clinging) on Doc after he kicked that guy, but then you gave more and I wasn’t ready for the fluff to end Ooh so Bdubs is also a listener? I kind of thought after Xi maybe explains his antenna and wings that Dream might offer to bring over Purpled so they have things in common to relieve his stress/anxiety over showing something he wasn’t prepared for Kinda reminds me how the members were kinda surprised (some of them) that tiny Gri wasn’t born with wings Looking forward to the next part :D

They were surprised because literally no one on the Server is human and most of them(hoomans) aren't too- nice- to hybrids. Grian went to a school with just humans (everything un-human about their MC characters is (in this AU) only accessories or cosplay) which is also why he was so excited about X's features and Doc's appearance. He just hasn't seen anything like that before :)

theory for part four : it will all be about x explaining his antennas and wings to the hermits and little grian and scar in the backround doing shenanigans , at the end Grian will turn normal again . That's my theory :D

He guessed Dream's a Watcher because of the way he talks/acts. It just didn't seem like human behaviour for him, tho he wasn't sure until Dream mentioned it. He does not know Grian is a Watcher too since when G got turned, he was way older than Dream was when he was turned(Dream was turned at a really young age, while Grian was around 17/18), and so he never picked up the "Watcher" behaviour and just kept acting like he normally would. Grian knows (because Martyn and Jimmy told him when they visited him once) that there is at least one hidden Listener on the Server, but he doesn't know who it is.
How Grian just striaght up Kung-fu kicked the bystander in the face was AWESOME! 😮

Bdubs is a Listener, he got turned into one around the time he joined the Mindcrack server, so before he joined Hermitcraft. Listeners can hide their mark, so he did that because he didn't want people to treat him differently because of what he is. Bdubs guessed Dream's a Watcher because of the way he talks/acts. It just didn't seem like human behaviour for him, tho he wasn't sure until Dream mentioned it. No, they didn't meet until Grian became a Watcher. Grian was sent to Japan before Dream was born, and Dream was sent to that "lab" around the time Grian came back after he finished Preschool. He then went back to Japan for Highschool. Dream became a Watcher really young and then created his own server around the age of 12, being "adopted" by Puffy (as his bio mother was the one to put him in that lab and the Father turned him into a Watcher, so he disliked both)

Bdubs was forced to become a Listener close before he joined the Mindcrack Server, so before Hermitcraft. There isn't really a reason as to why him. I just thought it would be interesting xd
