You've beautifully described the qualities of greyhounds in that video! They do indeed have a head like a snake, a chest like a beam, legs like a cat, a tail like a rat, and eyes like an eagle. When they're in action, their shape is reminiscent of a cheetah running - truly amazing creatures! 🐾🏁

Great companions, they ran 50 mph into my heart! I've had Greyhounds and lurchers for the past 27 years! I watched Greyhound racing in Galway Ireland! When they get through racing, please keep them as family members!

@@chrismartineson461 oh it was worth a try 😊 aren't there any rescue organisations where you life? I had all of my dogs from one of them and they often do have young dogs. My boy dodger for example was 2 when I got him

I have a 10 year old ex racer. After her racing and breeding days she was in a rescue centre. Had to take her. We decided now, no more puppies, but ex racers. Live retirement in a family home

Yes, this is Towcester. The setup might be different, but some enjoy the thrill from a distance. Hurdles add excitement; it's great that the dogs used to love it too!

No dog really wants to go into the tiny cage. But at least it’s only for a bit. Buts it’s also for a reason. The dogs want to get out of that tiny cage so the second that gate opens, they get out of there.

@ACequestrian They are not shoved into the box. They lift them in so they don't get hurt. They actually love going into the box because they know it's time to race and they love to race.

@ACequestrian the dogs aren't shoved in. And the dogs don't mind it. And it's not mean, It's better then just being let off leash. It's so they can get a good start and not crash into each other so that's why they are in boxes, to stay on the line that the gate is on.

Yes. in the Middle East, countries like Saidi Arabia and particularly Qatar race camels. They use robotic jockeys that are control by the trainers with a remote control that could activate an electronic whipping device to urge the camel to run faster. Imagine the cruelty behind those electrical charges devices on the animals during a race ! A single race would usually lasts for more than 10 minutes. The camels are practically exhausted to the brink of collapse after a race !! They call it a " sport"

l don't like greyhounds racing that much l just think it's bad and the poor things have to run with there BEST FRIENDS! But l kinda like it but still never do this it's bad
