Have you tried using a few layers of heat shrink around the Jack area? That should add proper strain relief for the Jack!

I do like the grey ghost headphones. when in the water up to my chest/neck I don't worry about the wireless getting ruined on my CTX3030. my only complaint is the tones sound different than the stock Koss headphones. I give them B+ I'm sure they are better than the yellow ones that Minelab sells and there will probably be a better product if not already one out there for the CTX.

Do a Peltor 105 mod with your Koss guts. 30 dB noise reduction. Beats Ghost UW and Amphibs. Costs $20
