I got this recipe from a small magazine called "Lime & Dine" which I picked up on vacation in Grenada. I have made it twice now, and it is so addictive ... I can't stop snacking on it. I'm just wondering how long it will keep in a sealed jar in the fridge (or out). Thanks.
