Thanks for showing us how it's assembled. This is the Generation 1 model: 14-inch width, height lever on the right. Gen. 2 (2023) has a 15-inch width, a brushless motor, and a lever on the left. But replacement parts are more readily available for Gen. 1.

Why would you not use the catcher? Literally doubled your workload.
