I love the Greenville area, but would never live in an HOA neighborhood. Such a scam.

I lived in Sunny Slopes on Rawood. We sold in 2013 and moved to River Valley which is booming now. Sunny Slopes wasn’t bed though.

Westwood I grew up there and graduated Hillcrest in 1986.. Used to be a great neighborhood, not the best anymore.

I don’t think it is.
As a Greenville Native who was born here while others flew here… this video is complete rubbish. Do yourself a favor and come check out the communities for yourself, and by the way these neighborhoods are full of older more established people.
