Greensleeves (Chromatic Harmonica tune)

Музыка

A waltz-y jam of Greensleeves, with the basic metronome tapping in the background. I considered doing this as a December/Christmas tune (as in, “What Child is This”) but then again I felt like it’s more appropriate as a spring tune.
instrument: Suzuki Chromatix SCX-64

Good to hear some awesome folksy song once in a while! Thanks! Can you do a cover of Moon Halo by Song So Hee? It's a really beautiful song, even though I really am not a fan of pansori music. I am curious as to what a harmonica cover of a traditional Korean song would sound like. I would like to learn how to play it on my harmonica, as well,so some tabs would help me a lot.:) The piano cover of this song may be a good reference for you.

You mean this song? kzread.info/dash/bejne/q2ZnqqpuY8nckdY.html interesting request, Im not particularly familiar with Asian pop/folk music aside anime music and Babymetal, so this is a new find to me. The vocal melody would probably translate well into a solo harmonica tune, with some basic percussion as accompaniment. I'll look into it!

Are you using lip block or tongue block? How're you making such a nice legato?

Neither, I control the airflow by rolling my tongue. It was the easiest way for me to get accurate notes when I started playing, but on the downside I have never learned the more advanced playing techniques 😅
