Green Tea Newbies (15) Finishing & Blending Japanese Tea
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Tea farmers in Japan process tea leaves soon after the harvest.
This is what is called crude tea or 'aracha' which will be usually finished and often blended by tea wholesalers.Tea wholesalers in Shizuoka are especially skillful in tea finishing. They know how to draw maximally the power of tea.

Hi, I love your movies, they are great source of information for tea newbies, it's awesome to see how tea is handled at every step of the process. Can you recommend any places a tea newbie should visit in Tokyo or Kyoto? I will soon spend 3 weeks in Japan, and while I won't be able to travel far from the cities I would love to taste some great teas.

bạn cần phải nói được tiếng Nhật. Khi bạn đã thông thạo tiếng Nhật, hãy đến thăm Nhật Bản và thăm các trang trại chè và nhà chế biến chè.
