Great job sir! Simple but looks damn spot on. My grandson wants to be the blue ranger... what’s up with that! Lol. Anyways with some tweaking to the visor area and making the helmet have more of a point I think I might be able to make it for him. Thank you and I’d love to see you do more builds. When printed at 100% it will fit head size of 23/24" so you can scale it down however much you need to fit a smaller head.

You can use a hair dryer if may just longer to heat up the foam

@@angierose111 any good quality acrylic paint is good. Some stores sale flexible paint that does not crack which makes it good for costumes. I am not home now but can send a name brand later

It should be big enough to slide over your ears. Take a measurement of the circumference of you head and that is what you go by. You can print my pattern and tape it together and do a test with the paper and see if it fits then adjust from there
