In this episode, we follow The Fiji Mushroom Growers Association to the 35th training course on Juncao technology, in association with the Fiji Crop & Livestock Council.
This amazing technology has led to the discovery of the Juncao grass - which has multiple uses, including livestock feed and mushroom substrate, and has helped eradicate poverty from so many communities worldwide!
