I binge watch your channel and am amazed at how gentle you are with deadly snakes like you're handling kittens 😊 you are so polite and patient with the people who call you out to their homes. My heart races everyone you put your hands into spaces where you can't see the snake but you know it's there! You are so humble and have a beautiful family! I love your channel. Stay safe! K.C. 🇺🇸

Green mambas are just stunning snakes, and blend in so well with these trees. Nice capture Jason, you are so relaxed, even when pretty high up on a ladder handling venomous snakes! Take care, stay safe and looking forward to the next video!

Whoa, those taxi's, that's some liberty taking there. Another great rescue Jason, nice one.
Another awesome video Jason please stay safe my friend 🏴✌️🙏🏻👏👏👏
Another great catch of green mamba.. On tree it's always difficult to catch..
Wow you have good eyes to see that snake mate. Carl
That snake is the best looking in the world. I saw it once at an itinerary exhibition in the Alps. In the terrarium beside him his black cousin was like crazy and looking pitiful in the cage. He instead was calm and sonehow proud of his own beauty 😜
Great job like usual 👏
A truly stunning snake thanks for sharing

I had my first call for a coyote that started a den in a seasonal cabin, big guy was a fight but I was able to get him peacefully and release him without a scratch. The longer I do this the more I'm getting proficient, and none of would have happened if not for you. I'm the only non lethal guy within a 3 hour drive in any direction. Kudos for the snakes, I can't wait to start snagging rattlers next season. What you are doing is nothing short of legendary. Much love from Wyoming, USA.

Hey, Jason, another great rescue! (Nice to see Emily along for the ride once more.) You're like the snake superman of Durban! Beautiful snake - reminds me a bit of the several bamboo pit viers I met out whilst hiking in Hong Kong - once, curled up like a beautiful green ribbon/ bow, taut with tension at the vibrations of my footsteps on the covered drainage pipe that it was sunning on. Wearing only sandals, I didn't want to step down into the long grass where God knows what was. So, I backed up, and took a flying leap over it - sweating profusely in fear. The snake & I both survived. 😀 Bamboo pit vipers don't slither away from the vibrations - they stay put - I tested that first. ☺ Happy your subs are increasing. Stay safe, Jason! Cheers, from cold, snowy 🇨🇦.
amazing how nature always blends in with its surroundings
That's where I grew up. Lived on Chartwell Drive. It was a village back them. I watched Sol Kersner build the Beverly Hills Hotel.

So this was not your average snake rescue. Totally relaxed, no clutter or trash to move and in a more groomed area. I remember the car dealer rescue. That was an easier one for you as well. Nice job Mr. Jason!

Agree that this was easier than the one with the African Grey, but Jason had to work a lot harder to catch the bird. He had to climb two massive trees multiple times to rescue it. That just shows how committed he is to rescuing animals. 💚🐍🦜

I'm guessing that 'robots' mean traffic lights? As for those taxis. They were driven by absolute numpties (Scottish term for idiots). I also loved the snake and the trees were beautiful (wish we had them here, but probably wouldn't survive the cold Scottish winters). 💚🐍🌴
I wonder why you don't get called out to many of them. Could it be great camouflage?

Green and Black - what are the differences between the mambas? The green looks more docile but maybe it was only sleepy...

They are very gentle snakes. Not quick to want to bite, but if they do, it is a very serious bite 👍🏻👍🏻
Just a thought Jason: it seems the green mambas are in an isolated community. Would that dilute the gene pool at all?
Hiya Jason, I noticed that Mamba was a deep green and darker than many of the ones I see in captivity here in the USA. I’ve seen one or two that were this dark, and many that were much lighter green, even a few that were VERY light green, white, and an almost blueish tinge. Is that because of locality, Jason? Are they different colors in different regions, or are there just morphs that naturally occur in many places? 🤔🐍🤷♂️
@jasonarnold-snakeman
Жыл бұрын
Hey Budd. They do vary a bit in colour according to location. This one is probably just old and a bit dirty. It will be a much lighter, brighter green once it sheds 👍🏻👍🏻
Jason you constantly forget that the Green Mambas are rare to come by. Please keep this one or the next one.

What's the difference between Western and Eastern Green Mamba? Which one did you catch in this video?
Magnificent animal. I’m from Namibia, so I’ve never seen one (we just have their bedonnered cousins!). Are those yellow scales a form of dimorphism, or are both sexes like that? Beautiful.
@jasonarnold-snakeman

Why do the homes look like a fortress? Is crime that bad?
@jasonarnold-snakeman
11 ай бұрын
Yes, it's very bad. You have to match or better your neighbors security, otherwise you become an easier target. The criminals look for easier targets. They hop over walls between properties at night and steal bicycles, gate motor batteries, pool pumps, water meters, copper water pipes or anything laying around outside. Or they fish things like wallets, cellphones, laptops or bags, through open windows. Sometimes they even gain entry into the house and steal TV's, computers etc whilst you asleep. And if you wake up and confront them, they'll beat you, stab you or shoot you.

Yes, the snake wasn't hurting anybody, but there are many residents and workers there that would harm it. So for the snakes well-being, it was relocated.
