This song is so easy to relate to. Green Day have always put thier heart in music and sometimes its not punk...its just them.I cant even describe how much thier songs help me in everyday life.

"Lazy Bones" and "The Static Age" are my favorite top 2 fav songs because they explain exactly how i feel.

I've always loved how well their songs work acoustic.

This was such an amazing experience. I was not only there but was hosting the songwriter showcase he showed up and played at. Normally artists get about 15 minutes... Obviously we gave him as much time as he wanted... It was sick. The songwriter night is called "Old Soul Revival" and is held every wednesday at The Bowery Electric. Best part is the show is FREE. I'm also a big fan of Green Day and although the album doesn't have any 'big hits' like Basket Case, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, 21 Guns etc the overall album is very good and is good fun to listen too. There's no pleasing some people.

Is it just me who prefers this Acoustic version to the studio version?

Yes but he is obviously singing "radiate" in this video and on the album. The book vs. the songs have multiple differences. Like in Nuclear family: Book: "Drama and conspiracy" Song: "Company conspiracy" Stay the night: "XX's under my eyes" Song: "circles under my eyes" Just to name a few off the top of my head.

wow calm down! It's not a bad song but it's not one of the highlights of the album and the five songs I named were my top picks
