You can then see a bunch of other security guards jumping in (because they recognized mike). They pull the guy who did the tackle off of Mike. Then you can see him getting up with a person consoling him before he walks off shaking his head in anger. Anyone else seeing this?

This is the greatest set I’ve ever seen. Was 14 years old and still remember this. Never a big Green Day fan, but have watched this like 50 times.
I remember this. The camera doesn't show it well but at 17:51 you hear the crowd react. Billy Joe caught a piece of mud and put it in his mouth, and you hear what mike says.... then I think at the end at 34:29 you see Mike getting taken down by security. Its really cool having the whole set on here even though some of the gorey details are missing. Apparently they were supposed to play more songs

My most legendary concert ever. Our tent was just behind the stage. I even can see it during the set.
After the kid stage crashes at 31:46 Billie notices security pursuing him, so he sprints past them and carries the kid back. Definitely a good move considering the amount of people that got tackled by the end of this set (poor Mike)

Thank God this was captured and left on KZread for all to see! One of the best Green Day performances ever!
27:49 I tried this move with my bro’s guitar and I ended up in a neck brace
My favorite thing he said in this: “this is off our album that no one has”. I hate how Green Day gets such a bad rep in recent years, although they were really putting in a fuck turn of work playing live shows at smaller venues and built their way up. Yo give Green Day the respect they deserve, they worked hard for it. I admit their. Songs like 21 guns like super mainstream songs, kinda made people stop listening but music is music and you can’t say you didn’t listen to them man 😂 we all did especially in early 2000’s lol. But Green Day is punk asf. This is my favorite live performance by them, between this and the Rock n roll hall of fame performance. So fucking dope
