Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Hey everyone! I cant wait for you all to cook and taste this amazing dish!
LIST OF INGREDIENTS : For 9x13 dish:
18 corn tortillas
small pan and a little oil to fry the tortillas in
4 chicken breast shredded (garlic, salt, pepper)
family size cream of chicken
family size cream of mushroom
1/2 block of velveda cheese
1.5-2 cups of milk
3-??? chopped green chili
3-4 cups of shredded cheese for the top
RICE:
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cup of long grain rice
2 tablespoons of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
3 cups of hot water
1 small can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste

This looks delicious!! I am from southern Colorado and LOVE green chili. We normally get Pueblo green chili as its closer than hatch. There is no way we could leave all the seeds in ours as it is way to hot with all the seeds! Thanks for the dinner idea!
