For expedited case we only send email to nvc with our names and birthdate and no additional information on why requested for expedited

I filed 130 was approved but we forgot to filed out the part were he was going to do his visa so I had to filed i824 took it to the lady that filed my paperwork charge me and mailed never received a receipt or money order was never cash by USCIS y called them they said the have the i824 after 4 months I'll check again went to another lady that filed Imigracion papers and told me to check if money order was cleared come to find out that it wasn't all this time they gave me wrong information and the lady never send my papers to Imigration now is been 6 month that I send it again is there something I can do or u have any idea how long more for the I 824 will be approved than you

Good video, but the information in this video will only apply to immediate relatives as there has been little to no movement in the visa bulletin in the other categories… People who are stuck in the family preference categories cannot move forward with their case for years and years and years and years & by the time they do become current they are either Dead or nearly dead and no longer wish to come to the United States hence why the uscis is getting no response when they send out the welcome letters 😂

@@somtino depends on the kids age, under 21 is immediate relative meaning little (6month to 1 year wait) over 21 then F3 category and that is 10-15 years wait Married puts the kids into F3 category which will add between 7-10year waiting time

It is really disturbing what is going on at California services center. I was documentary qualified in 2021 and it's 2024 and still waiting on my interview. I paid for all my kids visa now they are eventually age out. My mom become so ill now . she is worrying day and night about my papers because I am the only daughter of hers. I am just praying that I get a response soon so I can spend some time with her.

Denied expedite likely means longer wait, but case itself shouldn't be impacted.

I am applying to my daughter that is single and above 21 years old its like impossible to do expedite it even due to war where she lives they denied because her visa ia not current so basically she is out of luck. Even health conditions will not help .

If they filed an I-129f, or a fiancé/fiancee visa, then they don’t wait for a green card in their home country, rather the foreign born fiancé gets to the US with a visa and waits for a green card in the US. If an I-130 is filed, then the foreign born spouse must wait for a green card to be available before going to the US.
