The GREEK YOGURT SHORT PASTRY WITHOUT BUTTER is an ideal base dough for making biscuits, pies and sweet rolls.
The dough that appears is soft and elastic, much lighter than the classic shortcrust pastry because it is made WITHOUT BUTTER.
Ingredients
250 grams of flour 00
70 grams of granulated sugar
125 grams of white Greek yogurt
60 ml of sunflower oil
1 egg
6 gr of baking powder
1 sachet of vanillin

Sarà buona questa frolla per una crostata 😋 ma si può utilizzare yogurt normale o non è la stessa cosa?.

Ciao Filomena, lo yogurt greco è più denso e corposo. Se vuoi sostituirlo con quello normale aggiungi la stessa quantità con un cucchiaino di amido di mais oppure riduci la quantità dello yogurt normale (bastano 100/110 gr )
Che differenza fa se lievito per dolci or quello per la pizza?
Un sapore più ricco per le crostate,ci farei vedere con questa frolla qualche ricetta?
