My beloved Cyprus where my dear beautiful mother lays her head in sun kissed soil. 47 years ago she went on holiday and fell in love and married her Cypriot husband . She was with him for half her life , a beautiful marriage, a coming together of two beautiful people . God bless her .

I have been going to Cyprus since 1974 when those wretched Turks invaded . Cyprus and it’s beautiful people is my second home. The guy my mother married truly is the most amazing man I have ever met. My mother was blessed to have known him for most of her life . Our world changed one horrible day and I couldn’t bare to think of Cyprus or even listening to the music as the thoughts of what was all those years just stopped like a light switch. Today I just use what’s app video link . Have been back a couple of times , it’s not the same . Still love Cyprus and its people.

After visiting the Greek island of rhodes over the years, the ambience, the people, cuisine I knew I found my happy place , after a few years away I knew a visit was long overdue, am thinking the guitar music keeps enticing me back lol 😂👍

In July we're coming back to our beloved Crete. It's about time! Was the first holiday with my wife in 2017. And we totally fell in love with the country and the Lifestyle. We visited Athens, Thessaloniki, the Chalkidiki, Rhodos and Kos. But Crete has stolen our hearts!
