Greek Chicken Youvetsi - ΚΟΤΟΠΟΥΛΟ ΓΙΟΥΒΕΤΣΙ

A wonderful Greek dish - easy to make!
Ingredients
2 chicken thighs
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 bay leaf
4 all spice berries
1 tbsp tomato puree
half a cup white wine
2 finely sliced garlic cloves
1 large onion - finely chopped
3 tbsp Greek olive oil
1 litre water
salt & pepper
