Thank you, Tom and Pete, for excellent crack schooling me in such a fantastic place as the Cellar definitely is! I'll come back! We are releasing another great video from the cellar and Peak District today at 4pm CET on my KZread channel!

I love how the cellar is a bit like real rock, sometimes a piece get's broken off and it's now forever just a slightly harder route
I love how Adam came into this not with the mindset of "I am the greatest climber in the world" but instead "I'm really looking forward to learning a bunch of new crack techniques". What a classy guy.

his mentality is why everyone loves him, so perfect in everyway. In one of his old videos his wife explains he can be cussing a storm and screaming while falling off a climb, the moment he touches the floor hes kind adam instantly smiling and talking to everyone like nothing happened. Insane control over his emotions, i strive to be so in control of myself. A huge respect to adam for being in control of his emotions, his breathing, and his body at such a level. Cant get any better than this guy @@quincy2142

There's probably not a whole lot of people out there who can say they taught Adam Ondra how to climb. Quite the honor

As I noticed from his own videos he's always very eager to learn new techniques and get better, great climber and a great one to wach.
I just love that these guys aren't afraid to show their failures and just how hard some of this stuff is. The sheer effort and determination is awesome and demonstrates what it takes to be a professional climber
This shows the pure class of Ondra. Absolutly killing a style of climbing that he doesn't do a lot of... awesome video.
ondra started and i didnt even realise. i had to take a second look to see it was not pete lmao. he went so effortlessly, so quick, so easily, with such perfect technique?? this man is insane.

In my gym a few months ago they set a problem with two volumes, that I think wasnt intended to be done with jamming but everyone tried it with jams. It is indeed so mcuh harder but also such a great feeling if you succeed.

21:30 Adam saying that O-grades might pass on with Hugo is so cute.
As an athlete at the level that Adam is, it must be such a pleasure for him to even be slightly humbled doing some climbing for a change

It was fun to see Adam go from laughs and giggles into serious mode and trying hard. Congrats on the first confirmed O2 (or higher) climb!
I love that the "change replica" is absolutely nothing like change. Like, not even a slight resemblance.
Guys, this is outstanding. Smiling from start to finish. Such a pleasure to watch. 👍
Lol, Pete's "I've just remembered that this is actually quite tricky". Amazing. Love your videos!
Looking forward to this more than the Olympics.
Ondra is clearly a climbing genius but honestly the video got so much better when he started failing the tight toe section. And then the small footholds. Watching him problem solve and adjust was really quality entertainment. Esp since Tom and Pete and good communicators and teachers. Great vid ⭐
That was bloody awesome, my favourite bit was the montage of you all working the czech pleasure loop. It must be such a profound experience to be so experienced in your discipline that you're able to work with the very best in the world! Thank you for putting this together guys
A dream come true! I still remember years ago, when you always mentioned that one day, you would get Adam into the cellar... I remember it, that you made it sound that it was pretty safe he would visit you on the next trip to UK... and I thought no way. noooo waaaay.... and now it's done! So extremely humble, what a legend! Now I hope that Adam will invite you to an amazing crack location (and/or that he will build his own cellar!).
"Where the fuck is there a mono finger lock on change?" 😂
I haven’t tried crack climbing, cause the gym in my city doesn’t set any. But man, you guys are making the crack climbing look so painful and fun, it is hype to see one of my favourite climber to try your insane cellar! Maybe the whole cellar will be O8 in my opinion, let’s see the world greatest climber crush the cellar!
I loved this. It demonstrates that no matter how good you are, how accomplished you are, when you are learning a new thing it takes good teachers, trying, repeated failures, persistence, and practice. He's the best climber in the world, but even he has to work hard to accomplish his goals. I think we who just sit here watching amazing professional athletes (of any sport) underestimate how important determination and persistence is to accomplishing the highest goals. Thank you guys for this (and all your) videos.

Not only that but his attitude is great. Never arrogant always eager to listen. I think there's a great lesson in being humble wherever you are with whatever you're doing.
That was over far too quickly!! Great video :D
Also shows just how amazingly good Pete and Tom are at what they do
it's like getting ACDC to play at your garage, where you practiced with your high school friend, or getting Max Verstappen to drive the shitty Panda you turbocharged on your garage, or getting Pamela Anderson to, you know, play Gran Turismo 2 on playstation with you well done getting him there! great video!
IT’S HAPPENING! IT’S HAPPENING! EVERYONE STAY CALM!!!!
Just puts the thing the Wide Boyz are doing into perspective. Tom just casually did the paddle hands link and Adam had to fight really hard. They even got an ondra shout out of him.
that is gonna be awesome. watched so many old videos of you guys recently, and how you were always dreaming of the big o-dog's visit. Happy for you guys, happy for Adam and happy for all of us!
Great video! Glad Adam didn't just crush everything and actually got to try hard. He seemed pretty excited by Century Crack until he tried some laps on the simulator 😂
I wonder how many climbers there are, pro or otherwise, who could do these kinds of routes over and over again. Such a fun video to watch!
20:57 Love Pete's excited "oh, is he going to O0 it face".
That was a pleasure to watch! Really impressed with how well Adam got into things here, just shows how versatile and adaptable he is as a climber. And just seems to be a nice guy to have around. Probably the type that would slightly be forgotten about when in a pub with friends but then comes out at the right time with the best lines that make the evening...
Now it's just a matter of time before Adam starts projecting century crag! This was well worth the wait and it was only the first one !!!
What a pleasure to watch! Adam looks so comfortable on the cracks, I almost mistook him for Pete at the beginning lol
I’m not a climber but there’s something about how nerdy and geeky they all get about such a passion project in a basement! It’s so easy to tell how much love they have for the sport and how invested they are in what they’ve made. It’s really inspiring.
It gives me Rocky 4 vibes. When he goes to the cabin, back to basic😂
Historical! So glad for you guys. Congratulations! Been waiting so long for this! So much fun to watch!
Excellent guys. Looking forward to it...
Thanks for this awesome video, well worth the wait! Adam didn't disappoint, but he also proved what absolute beasts you two are on crack!
Watching the cellar videos upside down is *so much* fun :D I love to see Adam walk weirdly on all fours 😂❤
It's unbelievable that someone who's not specialized in crack can be so good at it, even with it being Adam Ondra. Next I would love to see him try and climb the Century crack with you guys😊
just started watching, so excited! long awaiting this video. can't believe it's happening. crack on boys!
Too awesome. 17:26 AO turns on beast mode 😂👌💪
What an epic video lads. As a lad born in the steel city myself I salute you both and the cellar of doom. Adam is such a chill dude as well, great content.
INCREDIBLE! Probably the video I enjoy the most over the last few years! Deffinitely a high point on this channel, and my personal favourite was watching Adam kicking spiderwebs with his knees on the century crack recplica!
I love the passion this man has.
This was a treat to watch, awesome stuff guys! Can't wait to watch more!
Fantastic series so far! Watching Adam climb was really, really cool. Even though he is known as one of the best climbers in the world, and has crack climbing experience under his belt, I still think it's interesting to see someone a bit more out of their element. I think his determination, eagerness, and just overall curiosity with climbing movement/styles was really evident throughout this video and you could see the focus he had to learn and really test his crack skills. Adam thinks about climbing in such a different way and it's great that you were able to highlight some of that through this vid. It's certainly very mesmerizing but also very inspiring to see. On top of all of that, just watching you guys all together was really lovely; there's a nice kindred spiritedness to it :) Though the series hasn't been released in its entirety, I want to commend you guys on bringing this project together. I can't imagine it must have been particularly easy to put together (if I'm not mistaken COVID originally put a dent in some of the original plans to meet and lining up schedules/travelling plans is never an easy task), but I'm grateful that you guys were able to find the time to make this all work and give us a chance to see you all work together. Myself (and I'm sure every other fan/supporter in existence!) appreciate it a lot. Truly, thank you so much! Can't wait to see the next vids!
I love adam. Hes always such a cheerful guy when hes talking, full of laughter and a contagious smile. Idk why some people think hes mean judt because hes an intense climber, competitor and is hard on himself. Maybe because when he climbs out in the world he is super focused snd not wanting to meet strangers and chat, since he's there to climb? Or because he screams and beats himself up when he doesn't do well in comp? Idk, but O-dawg is a true legend and people should give him the courtesy we all ask for and a bit of compassion . If they do that and dont prejudge him based on their preconceived notions of him, i think more people will be pleased to find him a likable and inspiring guy. #teamodawg
Imagine the boyz taking Ondra to the US and working Century Crack with him. IMAGINE
This was great to watch. Thanks!

What an awesome video! Thanks!
I wasn't sure I would like this type of climbing video so I put off watching it for a couple weeks. Now halfway in and I can easily say it's one of the most entertaining YT videos all year! Your warm energy combined with Adam's humble will and joy to learn and push himself in something unfamiliar makes this such a treat. Thank you for this, even though it is just a few dudes in a cellar.
Adam seemed very solid and fast on most things! Awesome to watch that kind of talent💪 also from Pete and Tom!
My absolute favourite part about watching Adam climb is seeing him overcome with pure joy when he achieves something , seeing him proud of himself makes you proud of him 🙌🏻
I was beaming smiling the entire time watching this, my cheeks are genuinely tired Huge thanks to Adam, the Wide Boyz, and everyone who pestered Adam to get down to the cellar - what a treat it was.
Awesome Video, thank you!
Thank you Adam, Pete, and Tom. Confirms what I had seen on Adams channel, he is a decent guy with no airs and graces, no super star attitude, I would have a beer with him - and there's plenty I wouldn't . Gets into it and isn't afraid to struggle, and then smashes it out of the park! Very psyched for Adam on grit.
Adam is always looking for ways to be better, you can tell he is absorbing everything, great to watch
