I forget if I said it to you but I said it to couple catch n cook Hawaii bruddahs. Get an herb garden growing, inspire your viewers to grow their own herb garden. Herbs grow without the green thumb like vegetables require and boost the flavor profile of meals by a lot. Us people in Hawaii gotta get better at growing our own herbs cause the stores trying to charge us big time for fresh herbs.
